"When I arrived at the property, I saw the entire lobby was under construction. I was not told this hotel would be under construction when booking. The hallways to the hotel rooms were under construction as well. There were various tools, supplies, and debris laying around in the hallways. After seeing this, we cancelled our reservation and stayed at a different hotel."
