"Not very clean, clogged sink, they didn’t service our room, terrible pillows. Lady at reception was nice but said she’d get maintenance to fix the clogged sink and didn’t, so not very effective. Breakfast was good. "

"Very nice in the price range compared to other hotels in Zurich. I've been to Zurich multiple times and have stayed in about 8 different hotels in this price range and this is by far my favorite. Great amenities, close to the main train station and old town and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommend "
