"Paul was a great host and responded really quickly to questions ahead of the holiday. The property was lovely with beautiful views out to the coast & we really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed and more. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to make use of the BBQ or pizza oven, but that was only due to the weather.The door into the sunroom didn’t lock (Paul told us about this ahead of arrival) and whilst it didn’t affect us too much, I felt a bit uneasy leaving the internal window open into the sunroom from the bedroom at night & it was quite warm. No big issue & I’m sure it will be repaired asap.Overall a wonderful holiday.Thank you!"

"Great property, nice base for going to bude, and tintagle. It was very quiet there and plenty of room in the chalet for the 4 of us. Was clean, tidy and had everything there we need even had games to play for the evenings. Went out the one night to the local (London inn) and the was live music. Would defo stay again "
