"A special shout-out to Denis, at the door, and Pasquale, at the desk. Without Denis, I would not have been able to move my son into college - he went WAY above and beyond to help out a struggling mom. In 3 short days I felt he'd become a friend, with huge smiles at greeting us and great advice always. Pasquale recognized the wifi trouble in my room, and that I needed to keep working in the (lovely) lobby, and offered to adjust my bill, which was very thoughtful."

"First time staying in a hostel and loved it. Was close to the subway and many grocery stores/parks and restaurants. Felt safe because all the cameras around and you need a key card to get inside and then again to get close to the rooms. Front desk was ok but also heard them talking about guests so 3 stars for that. There’s also a lot of travelers from around the world with different mannerisms so I was woken up a few times by people being loud and slamming doors at 7am but besides that I loved it I’d definitely book again."
