They room was very clean and bigger than it looked. We booked the kind bed. There was alot more storage space than I would have expected. "We had a wonderful time here at the Hyatt. It was a "sisters" trip and we wanted a nice pool with poolside service. We rented a cabana and it was lovely. The hotel was the perfect getaway for us...we just kicked back and enjoyed our time together. Agua Caliente Casino is nearby and we went there for a couple hours. We enjoyed the lazy river and there were a ton of youngsters having a blast going down the water slides. Hyatt always has such beautiful hotels and we are never disappointed. (P.S. The Hyatt in Playa Del Carmen is amazing!)"
