Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama

"Excellent hotel! Staff were delightful and it was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities (including pyjamas!). It was an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Disneysea was further on foot (about a 40 minute walk) but it was simple to get a taxi and you can be there in 5 minutes. We had a Family Room and it was surprisingly spacious and enough room for my family of four. Thank you for having us!"

"We stayed at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay for 8 nights in September (2026) and absolutely loved it - the property and location were exceptional. There were 2 of us traveling, mostly in the Tokyo area, and both adults. The hotel itself was beautiful - the lobby and restaurants were clean and our room was fabulous. It was huge by Japanese standards and would be comparable to a regular North American room at a Sheraton. Our beds were SO comfortable with lots of pillows.As a Bonvoy member, they upgraded us to a room that faced directly into both parks. There was a free shuttle that ran frequently between the hotel and the Maihama train station/Ikspiari .There is a huge, well-stocked Disney gift shop in the hotel. I could go on and on. The staff were incredible. From check-in to any requests during our stay to the exceptionally helpful bell staff, everyone was fantastic. We really like Toastina, a basic cafe with delicious pastries and coffee. My only complaint about the hotel was the lack of affordable eating. The 3 restaurants were all pricey. I wish the hotel had a Lawsons/7-11 - I've heard the Hilton beside the Sheraton has 2 Lawsons, which would be great for quick snacks after a long day in Tokyo or at Disney. Overall - LOVE this hotel and will definitely book again on our next trip!"

"Room size was good compared to other hotels in Japan. Property was clean. Easy access to train station and restaurants/mall/coffee shops. The bus service to Disney was very useful and reliable."

"Fabulous place to stay. So convenient to many shops and the local train station. Breakfast was really great and a good selection of foods for everyone. Really loved the relaxation area where you can sit and chill in the afternoon and evening with family and have complimentary beer, wine, other assorted drinks and lollies, especially for kids. The free Disney shuttle is so convenient and runs often in both directions. We would definitely recommend the Oriental Hotel."

"I really liked that the bathroom wasn't a prefab unit, but had a separate bathtub and shower area. The breakfast buffet menu was also excellent."

"It appeared that the hotel has three separate buildings clustered close together. I stayed in the main building, which had a simple, compact design that was functional, clean, and comfortable. The older gentleman with glasses at the front desk was especially courteous and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The location is excellent if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland—it’s only two stations away and very convenient. There’s also a 24-hour convenience store right next door, which was a big plus. Another convenience was the direct train ride to Tokyo Station, which took about 22 minutes with no transfer. Overall, a clean, practical hotel in a very convenient location."
