"Decent hotel in a convenient location close to the Old town. Staff were lovely and rooms were clean. My one real negative would be the lack of lounge chairs at the pool."

"Property was in a great position to see the sights and close to a lot of restaurants. It was very dark, you needed lights on during the day to see. The kitchen didn’t have a lot of equipment and crockery was stored so high up we needed to stand on a chair to reach it!!"

"The floor in the room was dirty. Behind the door was visible dirt and hair. Also the shower had mold around the shower pan. Other than that it was very clean."

"Great location. About 5 minutes walk from Intermodal station. About 25-30 minutes walk to Guggenheim and old town areas but a straight walk and easy to navigate. Staff helpful for signposting to best places to visit; even told me where to avoid at night as a solo female traveler. Room is basic, but bed is comfortable, shower is hot and powerful, air con works well. Room was very quiet at night - no external noise noted at all (and I’m a very light sleeper!). Only downside, no tea/coffee/kettle facilities in the room. I do like a cup of tea in a morning and before bed."
