"A little out of town and on a relatively steep hill. However, there is a metro station only 200m away which gives easy access to the city. Next to a main road and so there was regular road noise at night. The pool was shut. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. A large sitting area on the ground floor to enjoy a drink from the bar."

"We had a lovely time. However, the restaurant was very understaffed. We waited on the patio for 30 min before a waiter came to our table. We hoped to order late afternoon drinks and snacks. We were able to order drinks, but we were told they weren’t serving food anymore. However, people around us were still ordering and getting food. This was around 4:45pm. After we had our drinks and walked out, the host told us they were still serving dinner, but that the kitchen was understaffed. "

"Nice Hotel on the beach in Getxo, Bilbao. Excellent view from the room towards the beach. The restaurants were closed for renovation / change of owner and this meant no food was available in the hotel. There are restaurants close by and this covered up for this. "

"We stayed in a two room cluster flat with an en suite each and adjoining kitchenette - perfect for a weekend get away. Clean and tidy, quite new and equipped with comfy bedding and towels. The en suite was perfectly clean and the shower was great, lots of hot water and good pressure. The kitchenette was handy and equipped with some basic essentials like cups and crockery and cutlery and a fridge & microwave (in lieu of a kettle to heat water).
