"The hotel is located right in the heart of Bilbao on a large crossroads, making easy access to attractions and the Guggenheim museum. We were lucky enough to be upgraded, the room was spacious, nice sized bathroom and sat over the entrance. This made it a little noisy at night with passer by shouting but only disturbed our sleep a little. The staff were super helpful and friendly.
