We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and nice. It smelled like smoke around reception, which we did not like, but the rest of the hotel was not that way. There was a convenience store and cafeteria nearby which was nice. It was fairly close to the metro stop, which was good as it is pretty far from the center of Bilbao. The parking was also convenient and included, which we appreciated!

Best property for an overnight stay . Had free on site parking , clean , super helpful staff . Breakfasted was excellent , 20 Minutes drive to airport . It is value for money

Great place to stay. Room was clean, food was good, location was great.

We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. It's a little noisy until after 10:30pm because of the restaurant downstairs. It's located near the river so it was nice to walk along the promenade. There is parking nearby for a fee. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Peaceful, beautiful spot, nice clean room. Very helpful and friendly owner.

Close by to Guggenheim. Easy access to public transport. Clean. Quiet. Good WIFI. skip hotel breakfast and go to Cokooncafé for the best breakfast you will find in the area.

Everything was awesome.

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. great hotel, clean, good location, but the heat was on when it was warm outside and I couldn't turn it off. I tried adjusting the thermostat and even turning on the air conditioning, but it just pumped out more hot air.
