"The property was breathtaking, just so surreal. The staff were exceptional; they were so kind and helpful. We got there really early and so they took us to the breakfast room to have breakfast while we wait for our room then checked us in early. They helped us arrange our airport transport and send reminders for everything through WhatsApp. They even lit the fireplace for us and gave us a portable heater as it was still cold when we went."

"The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars Is because we communicated our need for 2 beds well in advance and were assured it would be provided but it was not. The beds are only full size so sharing was very uncomfortable. Otherwise the property was clean, well-maintained, and had excellent WiFi and AC.
