"Man konnte leider nicht direkt ans Wasser, weil alles mit Schilf bedeckt war. Die Hütte war bei warmen Temperaturen enorm aufgeheizt und man konnte kein Fenster öffnen. Die Tür war voll mit Spinnen, weshalb man auch die Tür nicht offen halten konnte. Das Restaurant hatte noch geschlossen. Hier stimmen Preis und Leistung nicht überein."

"Trotz Zusage und Buchungsnummer lag in dem Park keine Buchung vor und wir konnten nicht einchecken 5 Personen und ein Hund. Das war alles andere als lustig"

"The house is spacious, comfortable, well decorated and very well equipped. It has a large beautiful garden, ideal for children's games. We were made very welcome by the family. The area has a lot to offer, particularly beautiful picturesque Enkhuisen."

"Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet mit allem was man braucht. Allerdings war es für unsere Bedürfnisse nicht geeignet. Wir 3 Erwachsene 67-73 Jahre war es sehr schwierig die steile Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern hinaufzugehen. Wenn man körperlich beeinträchtigt ist sehr schwierig. Der Garten ist super schön und sehr groß, eignet sich für Familie/ Kinder/ Hunde. Es war schade, dass man in der Anlage nichts kaufen konnte (Brötchen usw.). Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Lemmer ca. 9,5km gefahren...

"Nous avons passé un agréable week-end au village vacances de Volendam. Très bon accueil pour aller chercher notre carte magnétique. Des hôtesses très souriantes. La vue est magnifique... vue sur le port. Extérieurs très propres. Pour l'intérieur, mobilier et literie parfait. Peut-être rafraîchir les murs blancs. Équipements complets ( cuisine, vaiselles etc... ). A refaire sans hésiter. Visite de Amsterdam, Parc de Keukenhof, les moulins et village de Zaanse schans... tout étaient magnifique."

"We were 3 adults and a baby. Loved the well equipped house. Had everything we needed and more. The host greeted us on arrival and responded quickly to any concerns during our stay. Very quaint and authentic town with all the stores you need."

"Nice welcome from the owner Marius. Lovely period property over three floors very tastefully renovated with fine decor. Great location centre of the town. Excellent coffee machine which was enjoyed by all. Everything we needed was fully supplied. Would love to return."

"Aufwachen mit Sonnenaufgang im großen Schlafraum. 👍😍Sehr schönes Ambiente mit tollen Ausblick . Super ruhige Lage und doch viel auf dem Wasser zu sehen. Schafe mit ihren Lämmern auf dem Deich gegenüber. So süß. Passend zu Ostern☀️🌷🐑🐑"

"We loved it, very cozy and so easy to walk all over Hoorn. One comment: I am very short (150cm) and everything was too high for me to reach: the kitchen shelf, the bathroom hooks, the closet rack, the vanity mirror, etc. May i suggest that you provide a “grabber” to facilitate hanging up towels, putting dishes away, etc, for us vertically challenged guests? We loved our stay here at Huysjes Rive, and will happily refer your tiny home to friends! Bobbie and Jim"

"Schöne Anlage, um ein paar ruhige Tage zu verbringen. Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da mal renoviert werden. Sie ist dennoch gemütlich und man hat alles was man braucht, außer Geschirrspüler und Backofen. Kurze Wege zum Meer und Hundestrand und man kann lange Spaziergänge am Wasser machen."

"The accommodations were lovely and perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The room didn’t seem very soundproof as sounds from other apartments could be heard quite easily. And we had to park our rental car over a kilometre away, as there was no overnight parking nearby. Not convenient, but not a game changer."

"Erholsam. Sehr saubere kleine Wohnung. Wir waren allerdings froh, das wir nur zu zweit (plus 2 Hunde) waren. Es ist alles sehr durchdacht, aber auch eng konzipert. Schöne Spaziergänge am nahen Isselmeer gemacht. Leider war das Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes eher nass und windig. Wir konnten daher nicht so viel unternehmen wie wir gerne gemacht hätten."

"What a relaxing time we had! The ducks come up in the morning and beg to join you for breakfast. People smile and waive in the boats passing by and even a load of cows on a boat came by. We can’t say enough about this lovely rental. Everything was absolutely gorgeous! The finishes were all high end and the relaxation you feel on entering this place is priceless! Make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to stay here. We’re so glad we came"
