The host Gael was brilliant at responding to our parking query and was kind enough to let us use the carpark after we had checked out. The location is brilliant- it’s very safe and only a 15min walk into the centre of Bruge. "The room was comfortable. The heating was inconsistent. The location was close to city square and only a short walk away. There is no TV in the room. We didn't notice this when we booked the room. We like to watch the news to see what is going on in the world."

"Good location, nice clean property with modern furniture and beds. However, we were disappointed that the owners never contacted us prior to arriving, despite being told we would receive the code. The number listed on the Hotels.com is out of service. We managed to contact one owner by finding a phone number on another website. Not a great check-in system-this needs to be revamped before we can recommend."
