This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!

Staff is awesome from the moment you arrive to the hotel. They will receive you with the coca tea. Food in the restaurant was delicious and healthy. They have vegetarian and gluten-free options. Hotel grounds are is spacious and beautiful. There is a train station in hotel grounds.

Where to begin! Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by the hotel owners at the door! They were welcoming and helped us with our bags to our rooms. The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. The common area and the patio were my husbands and I, favorite places in the hotel! Immaculate hotel. Smallish room. Very accommodating in helping with transport . Packed is a free lunch for our early departure. Little facility with English, however, just added an English speaker as we were leaving. Highly recommended

This is my second stay on this trip to Cusco due to the Machu Picchu excursion. I gotta mention this place is equipped with Smart TVs, so important to many of you and great breakfasts!! Again Marjory and Yohan are so friendly and extremely attentive to customers needs!!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

This hotel is baller. The room I was given was huge and looked like an art gallery. The decor was totally my vibe, and I loved the two balconies with the carved wooden doors. The bed was super comfy and humongous, and the pillows were soft and fluffy. There is an overhead heat panel for when it gets cold at night too. The bathroom is nice and has a waterfall shower. Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. Such a nice oasis in the Sacred Valley! The whole hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful (especially Victor at the front desk). They arranged taxi rides for us to the train station for our adventure to Machu Picchu and to Cusco. The rooms are super comfortable, the menu of food is absolutely delicious and the grounds are gorgeous!

The original building was built several hundred years ago as a monastery. It was converted to a hotel several years ago and Sonesta has added several more building for rooms, but, has preserved the look of the old monastery. The grounds are gorgeous with flowers and trees in abundance. The restaurant was good with hearty meals and friendly service. It was a very pleasant place to come back to after a day of touring and just sit back and relax.

Very cute and comfortable, absolutely immaculate! Extremely helpful and attentive staff--went above and beyond to help with luggage; especially appreciated this due to a broken foot. Climbing the cobblestone hill to the hotel was a challenge on crutches wearing a pneumatic orthopedic boot; obviously not their fault, but if you're handicapped access could be a problem. Wonderful experience! This hotel is set among the Andes, close to the Sacred Valley, with spectacular grounds that are very well manicured. The hotel lobby has a large, open look, with a fire place in the center, and a hidden bar downstairs with a nice little nook to relax in. We spent a total of 4 nights at Cooper hotel boutique. Service was excellent, location was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding! It is a very cute place in the heart of the tourist district. It is on a busy street so it was a bit noisy. I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in Cusco again.

This hotel surpassed our expectation! We had previously stayed at the Tambo del Inka and this property was much better. Tambo del Inka is VERY touristy and Taypikala provides a much more authentic luxury experience. Very quiet, exceptional food and great service. I would love to have spent a whole week there!
