Tea making facilities - you need to unplug the fridge to use the best place for boil the kettle Room 503 whilst 5 flights up still received the regular hum of the underground. Not an awful sound and it didn’t bother us too much but for some it may be irritating. Not sure what rooms 103 and below is may think of this No hot water for a batch at around 5pm, it was warm and it was a warm day so no drama but this again could be a problem "

"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."

"Nice Scandinavian style hotel near the airport. They have a restaurant on-site that is convenient if you arrive late to the hotel. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try the breakfast due to an early flight, but the hotel staff provided bagged breakfast options for the early departure guests. "
