"It was excellent. I had last stayed there about 15 years ago, and the renovated rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. My only complaint is about the doors to the stairways- they slam consistently. Maybe try some doors that don't slam shut. Last night i had to sleep with earplugs in. "

"This hotel was recommended to us by friends, I’m sorry to say that we had a different experience. The reception staff did not seem to understand well, one receptionist was (?texting) on her phone before the guest had left the desk. The older dining room staff were very friendly but the younger ones were barely civil. The pool staff were also unfriendly. For most of our stay the elevator wasn’t working.
