"The resort is good for families with lots of children around. We should have picked adults only resort. Staff is friendly but rather manic and the service is a little all over the place. Our room and our bed were good, but smelly drains. With half board package do expect to still pay for water and drinks - we were disappointed that there were no drinks included. "The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...
