"The accommodation is amazing. Huge pace, right on the beach and beside the pool. The beach has amazing snorkeling and the apartment offers a kayak and some snorkeling gear.Three small annoyances:1: there was no soap to wash hands and only one dishwasher tablet.2: we only got one set of towels for the stay which meant washing and drying them. The washing machine was small so it had to be done in two washes. Difficult when you want to go out.3: communication was not ideal. We had one person check us in. Super friendly and have us a bunch of codes. She was going on holiday and essentially blanked my messages. We didn’t have a code to get back int he gated community and the air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms did not work. It took two days to find another person and another day to get it fixed. Once fixed, it was fine. Just all a bit frustrating. Considering the price of the accommodation and out length of stay I would have expected better support."

"We stayed after finding out it was reopening following a renovation. Overall the stay was enjoyable, but the room looked quite dated and the service had issues at times with delays in orders at the bar and the restaurant. The main pool is nice, the best bit of this hotel, and clearly this is still one of the better hotels in Tahiti. "

"This was truly one of the best vacations we've had and it was because of the location of this house. It was so awesome to have both the pool and the ocean to play in, and without crowding or chaos from other people. What a fantastic location! We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Tahiti."

"Overall we had a wonderful experience in this home. The location was wonderful with private access to the beach. The view of the ocean and Moorea was incredible. The house was spacious and fit our whole group. There were a few things that could be improved, there is one room without air conditioning which also has a gap between the walls and the ceiling. While there is a mesh screen there, the holes are rather large and let mosquitoes in. The people staying in this room said it was filled with mosquitoes and they could not sleep. The electricity is also sensitive. We lost power in the middle of cooking dinner while using the stove and oven. We were also using some of the air conditioners and it must have overloaded the system. We had to find a number to call and go outside the gate to solve the problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but wanted to share some peculiarities that we did not see in other reviews."

"I stayed at Fare Vainato Beach for nine days, 1st with my cousin and then solo, and it was perfect for both. It’s very close to the beach, a 2 minute walk and the location is beautiful and peaceful—waking up to the sound of the ocean was unforgettable. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making it easy to settle in for a longer stay. My advice is to rent a car, we didn’t realize renting a car would be required for the area as it’s difficult to get a taxi or catch a bus to explore. The hosts were welcoming and kind, creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout my visit. Whether traveling with someone or on your own, Fare Vainato Beach is a wonderful, authentic place to stay in Tahiti. I highly recommend it. "
