Things I loved:1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!2. Pet Friendly3. Great communication with property manager; Easy check in/check out 4. Kitchen/toiletries were well stocked. 5. Designated parking space relatively close by Things I didn't love: 1. Condo is in DIRE need of renovation. (The "shower only" bathroom in particular is pretty gross.) All of the walls/doors need sanding and painting. The furniture is old/outdated and the living area furniture is much too large for the space, meaning you are constantly stepping over each other. (We had 4 adults 1 Golden Retriever.) 2. Inadequate storage - Closets are already basically full with what appears to be the owner's personal belongings/holiday decorations. We had to rearrange just to be able to hang a few items, but the shelves and floor space were totally unusable. (Traveling with "regular attire" plus all of the specialized "ski attire" requires LOTS of storage! )3. There is no AC, which admittedly is not uncommon for the area, but temps reached high 50s several days we were there in early Feb, and it got VERY HOT in the condo after direct sun all day. We had to keep all doors open to be comfortable when cooking/sleeping, which was not ideal. Overall, it feels like they are relying entirely on the great location to attract guests, and doing the absolute bare minimum beyond that to make the stay enjoyable. I can't wait to return to Lionshead, but I would not recommend this particular unit in its current state.
