"This is an excellent hotel but there were some noise issues, which they did address. Firstly outside our initial rooms were 2 very noisy air con units from a neighbouring property. We were quickly moved when we realised this. Sadly some rooms are also quite significantly affected by the noise and vibrations from trains passing underneath the property. Again they addressed this quickly and professionally but if you have sensitive hearing it could be a problem. Otherwise, first rate."

"Highly recommend this place. It was close to Duomo di Milano and other attractions. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Could even drop off the luggage before the check in time. "

"exceptional hotel, from the nice customer service to the food,(breakfast included was phenomenal, so many options and fresh). It is also well located. There arw grocery shops, including an Aldi, and a 6 min walk to milano centralie station, among other train stations. Getting to main attractions via train was easy and fast. Absolutely loved my stay. "

"Clean, tidy, comfy beds, free water and coffee. Perfect location with lots of great restaurants just round the corner. Beautiful cafe/pastry shop literally below the hotel too. 20 minute walk to the city centre. The bar nearby can be noisy at night so not suited for light sleepers. Staff were patient enough to allow me to practice my Italian when checking in too, thank you! "
