"The apartment was clean, nice, and well located, ideal for families with children because of Argonne Park. There was a misunderstanding with the reservation for an extra day, and the host refunded the extra day, but an additional charge for being a tourist appeared that wasn’t detailed. "I was able to check in early, which was a great start. I arrived at Bergamo Airport just after lunch and discovered the shuttle wasn’t running, so I had to take a private taxi. Once I arrived, the hotel made a strong impression — modern, clean, good Wi‑Fi, and genuinely helpful staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and reasonably priced, and the barman was friendly and chatty. As it happened to be the day of the World Cup final, I chose to watch it from the comfort of my room. Negatives: As other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel is quite a walk from anything. The spa looked fantastic, but when I went to have a look, it was unmanned, and reception later told me it was closed. It would have been great to try it."

"Room was good and comfortable but toilet was really dirty. Parking was very expensive so I rather parked just outside the hotel which was free to park. Breakfast was good but they should serve a full cup of coffee instead of two sips. It was not even quarter of a small cup. First time I thought machine ran out of coffee but next time when they refilled it was still the same size."

"Hotel was in a very convenient location, just 5 minutes from the train station sandwiching easy walking distance of the main or older central part of the town. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries around. I was going to the Monza Racing Circuit and elected to walk. I was slow and of course looking at things and it did take me an hour and maybe 15 minutes to get to the grandstands directly across from the pits and winners podium. It is an flat walk on graveled trails through the parks for the most part. I could have used the bus system and did figure out the app ATM for it. Room was spotless, sheets were crisp and comfortable, room was air conditioned, elevator and stairs were available, breakfast had a pretty good spread with muesli, fruit, cereals, different pastries, salami, cheese and scrambled eggs. eggs poached or soft boiled could be requested. Staff were friendly. Definitely a great hotel for the price."

"We stayed here for 2 nights in July. The hotel is a little way from the centre of Milan, but the metro is right at the end of the road, so perfect for getting about. What we really liked was that the area was so quiet. This hotel also has a nice pool and lawn area. Had 2 aircon units in the apartment but we could only get 1 to work properly. The room also had a good sized balcony with views to the city- in fact we could see the Duomo in the distance! It would be nice to have a small table on the balcony to put drinks on because there is enough room for one. Left an unfinished bag of crisps on the side one night which attracted some ants but the only thing we didn’t really like was the shower. The shower itself was powerful enough, it’s just that the shower enclosure itself was too small and with a rainfall shower head there was no way of washing yourself without the soap immediately being washed away. A couple of hours after arriving we received an email from the hotel asking if everything was ok so far. I said yes, then you could fill out any comments, so i said it would be nice to have a box of tissues in the bathroom…….10 minutes later there was a knock on the door and 2 boxes of tissues were delivered- we were very impressed with that!! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Milan because the area is so quiet."
