"The hotel was centrally located which was very convenient. Walking distance to the Duomo, hop on and hop off bus (which was an excellent 2hour tour), Galleria and shopping areas. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. My only objection was that I asked them to turn up the thermostat as I was cold…it seemed like they did but the fan only blew out cold air?"

"This boutique hotel was a gem!We were greeted by four of the staff, including the delightful doorman. We were offered coffee and water upon arrival.They provided a handwritten list of restaurants for us to peruse ( based on what we were looking for) They made a reservation and it was delicious. They also provided a detailed map for walking as well.The room was over the top beautifully decorated. The bed was the most comfortable throughout our stay in Italy.The room also included a live orchid...
