"Staff was amazing. The location( near old town) and close to lake Geneva was great to visit the city. Free water taxis on the lake and free transportation was a plus. Tram stop just outside the hotel."

"Very central location next to main Geneva train line . 7 mins train ride to airport . Hotel staff was very courteous and ready to help Just one comment that breakfast time was told as 6:30 am but they opened at 7 , but they correct it subsequently "

"The hotel was excellent, modern high tech self-check in, every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, polite and attentive. Location was perfect, just about a 2-3 min walk to the waterfront. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Rooms were clean and modern. We opted to have our room cleaned once during our 5 night stay in exchange for a drinks voucher for the hotel bar (which was a very cool rooftop bar) which suited us nicely. Overall would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Geneva. "

"This hotel is right next to the railway station and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We registered on the hotel app choosing to be environmentally friendly and agree to not having the room cleaned for the 3 days we were there and that gave us a refund on 10 CHF. We were surrounded by great restaurants and were able to walk to all the attractions However the metro was right outside if we needed it lovely room and comfy beds. We were given a Swiss pass which gave us free travel on trains and buses. Excellent service, we will be back!"

The service was outstanding; staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. My room was exceptionally comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a perfect combination of convenience, hospitality, and comfort. I would definitely stay here again. "
