"Just returned from a one week stay and cannot praise it enough. Frederica and her family were so friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Really enjoyed the Cooking Lesson and would recommend it for a fun and interesting break fro those superb panoramic views of the rolling countryside. We also really enjoyed our visits to the small hilltop villages that are just a short drive away from the property. We will return!"

"We stayed in apartment Falco which has great views over the valley.The apartment is exactly as listed,well equipped and spotlessly clean.It is perfectly placed for visiting all the top Tuscan towns and there are numerous local restaurants within easy reach. "Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "

We appreciated the pool and the deckchairs scattered around the grounds of the property. There were many restaurant choices within 10 min drive from the property. Things we did not like: 1. "The bedroom was small but had a lovely view from the bathroom window and balcony. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. It was disappointing that the room was hot and stuffy even with air-conditioning on (temp 24.5 degrees). We opened the balcony doors which helped however let insects in. It was also disappointing for the price that parking was a few minutes walk from property. "
