"Nice hotel but was a bit worn and needs maintaining. Air conditioning in room froze up and dripped from ceiling. I called the front desk and was told someone would be up shortly to fix it. Nobody ever came. Breakfast was good but quite crowded. Couldn’t find seats for all 7 of our group so went into an adjacent area that was open and sat at round table. Shortly a staff member scolded us, saying that these tables were set up for the evening restaurant service. Could be an outstanding hotel with a little maintenance and attention to customer needs."

"The hotel was OK but need renovation of some rooms. Furniture was rundown and deteriorated. We wxpected better amount of towels snd toiletries.breakfast and food in general was excellent."

"Room was perfect- cheap and cheerful for a DLP visit! The staff were so quick to accommodate my request of a twin room for me and my friend. Couple of things to bear in mind: the bus from DLP doesn't run late enough for you to catch after the fireworks- we ended up taking Uber which was a nightmare to order at that time of night. Another small thing was that we like to fill up our water bottles at night before heading back to room but there was nowhere obvious to do this. We eventually found a filtered water station in the gym which was handy! Will stay again, extremely good value for money!"

Pullman Paris Montparnasse Hotel

"Excellent location, peaceful and quiet part of Paris. Five minute walk from Montparnasse station. Convenient store 2 doors down. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Front desk staff are outstanding and helpful. However, minus 1 star for the lack of effort on the room cleaning crew for failing to restock the complimentary water and toiletries."

"I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It should be rated a 2 star at most. The towels in the room were dirty, ,arks on the bed linen. Communication with reception is non existent. The transfer bus was always full so why isnt there additional running service for your guests. Breakfast very average. Broken coffee machine, carpets all stained. Very dirty. Pool is ok but zome of the showers not working. Lots of chlorine which effects children. Far from Disney. Pay a little more amd stay elsewhere."

"I loved this hotel. It was a bummer that the rooftop was being upgraded, but that didn't matter. The staff was amazing and the place impeccable. I will definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is a real gem in Paris. Maybe one of the best deals around. The staff are absolutely wonderful. In particular, Guy, the front desk agent was lovely and a superstar receptionist. The concierge is great too. I had an incident one of the days in the area (not the hotel) and spoke to the Manager of the hotel. She was incredibly professional, empathetic and understanding. That’s what you want in a manager if you have having a very bad day or had an unfortunate incident. Their rooftop bar is just divine. Some of the best views in Paris. They have happy hour and some great deals going. Cocktails are fantastic and the bar tenders are super cool. The rooms are clean, large and have great windows to look out of. Very unique to have such large, comfy rooms in Paris. And at the rates they offer- it’s a real steal. The hotel is often fully booked with conference goer- clearly they are popular. I highly recommend this place! It’s one of my favorites in Paris!"
