"It is such a beautiful property. The rooms were large, well designed, and charming. The 5 rooms entered into a shared space where breakfast was served. It gave a great opportunity to meet the other guests. But the best part of the stay was Irene - she checked us in, served breakfast, and gave wonderful tips to see the city. Her charm and sense of humor will never be forgotten."

"Breakfast was good not much selection though, but pastries are very good. The view to my room is spectacular. The room was very hot at midday and AC is not cooling enough that room is so warm at night."

The location is stunning, yet close to amenities and lots of different options for sightseeing, day trips etc. Rooms were a great size and well equipped. The staff were beautiful. "The B&B was in a spectacular location on the side of a hill overlooking Val d’Orcia (valley), just outside the town of Montepulciano. We had truly spectacular vistas of the Tuscan countryside sipping cappuccinos sitting outside every morning for breakfast. Truly blissful. Francesco and Oksana were wonderful hosts and took care of everything. They are very warm and approachable. One note, make sure you have euros to pay taxes though as it may not be possible to do so with a card. If you don’t there are ATMs in the town (5 mins drive from the property) to get some. All in all, an absolutely wonderful place and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Highly recommended!"
