"It was exactly what we wanted. It had a small kitchenette with utensils for making breakfast. Bathroom was big, clean, good strong water flow. The bed was super comfortable and perfect for two. The pullout bed was good as well. Access to the flat was simple."

"Beautiful flat, although the five flights of stairs to get there were a lot. I'm told most Paris buildings typically have elevators. Not this one. So that was difficult. Otherwise, it was fine but I would recommend the owners stock the place for appropriate needs. For a place as expensive as this one, it should have dishwasher and laundry soap, at a minimum, and maybe some sugar and espressos. Also, please invest in pillows as those provided cannot be called pillows -- they are flat as pancakes...

"Pros: You can't beat the location of this property. Great neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants and transportation. And the building has an elevator which is extremely helpful. Cons: The bathroom is extremely small so if you are larger size this might not work for you. And there are very noisy neighbors above in the morning and at night so if you are a light sleeper beware."

"We loved most everything -- especially the location -- and we lacked for nothing in the apartment. Plus, the staff were excellent. The 2 big issues were 1) We weren't made aware, by the listing, that one has to walk up/down about 70 (old and creaky) steps every time one wants to go into town, or get a baguette, or find a place to eat (ie at least 3 or 4 times a day). And 2) The bed was far too small for someone 6 feet tall, and the board at the head was brutally hard."

"My Maison - Champ de Mars was everything I hoped for! The place was properly set up with everything you'd need, including towels, coffee, a safe, and plenty of storage and organization options to unpack. The layout of the property was narrow and long, with the kitchen on one end near the entrance and the two bedrooms down the hall. For those interested in the view, the bedroom with the Eiffel tower is in the back of the apartment. It is not visible from the main living area. Just a heads up....

"The location is outstanding for visitors to Paris, on a fairly quiet little side street connecting to two busier, tourist-oriented streets selling almost everything we wanted. Easy walk to metro, RER and several of the best museums. Neighbors were usually quiet with a few 4 a.m. exceptions. The apartment is not big or fancy, but for this neighborhood, at this price, it’s great! "The apartment was clean and in a great location. However, very very small for a family of four. It was hard to move around once we opened the pull out bed for the kids. There also is no natural light as it’s an interior apartment. For two it’s plenty of space. I would not stay here again as a family of four."

"We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."
