"Hallways could be cleaned daily. No service at breakfast: empty pots of coffee and milk, no tortilla espanola, 20 dirty tables. Not a nice experience. Did not eat breakfast the last day."

"Overall, everything was very good. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The breakfast was magnificent. There was a wide variety of everything. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I don't know if things have changed, but the guys at the door do NOT help with the suitcases. Finally, the bathroom amenities are very basic.
