This is one hotel we would highly recommend! Very serviceable staff at all times, we were at the fourth floor and it was very quiet, the neighborhood is amazing and full of cafes, tabernas and other nice establishments, we would definitely recommend.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel. The hotel was was immaculate, the bed and pillows comfortable, the shower just right and there was coffee in teh room. What more do you need!! As you step out of the front entrance, take a left and within a block there is a convenience store, and some restaurants. If you walk another half block there are two large grocery stores.

The hotel is located right in the center of Madrid and is easy to access to museums, restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel is very clean and front desk staff is friendly and helpful. air-conditioning works very well making visiting in hot summer day comfortable. The only thing I may complain is the lack of microwave in the room and lobby area.

Family room with one king and two twin beds worked well for our family of four. Cool trendy design. Only complaint was that the very slow shower drain as water came close to flowing over the shower edge. Everything else was great though. We especially appreciated the lockers, where we could leave luggage before and after checkout. Great diverse ethnic restaurant options in walking distance and also easy walk to shopping.

Rooms were better than expected having read previous review for this place. Aircon was working perfectly and much needed with it being 35 degrees outside. Staff were polite and helpful. Hostel was in walking distance to so many attractions and nice restaurants nearby and the bakery next door did delicious coffee! Would definitely stay here again. Free lockers to leave your luggage in on departure day also helped as we had a 9pm flight!

I arrived and realised I had forgotten my adaptor; the staff were kind and lent me one for the duration of my stay. The room doors have individual pin codes but mine didn't work so I was offered a card instead. Wifi signal was good. The room was very small but efficient; there was some noise from outside the corridor but not awful (room 212). The hotel is well located and close to Sol. Upon checkout I was able to leave my bag in the basement in a locker. Overall a positive stay.

I had an exceptional experience at ByPillow Hotel. From the very beginning, everything went smoothly, thanks to the helpful, informative, professional, and polite staff. One staff member who stood out was Javier at the front desk. He consistently went above and beyond, greeting us with a smile every morning and approaching us in a professional manner. He made us feel like we truly belonged there. Javier even exceeded our expectations by finding us an excellent hairdresser and making an appointment for us.

The rooms and facility was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location is great—many shops and restaurants nearby. We were on the ground floor, so you could hear street noise as well as noise from the lobby. The hotel hadn’t switched to air conditioning yet, so no AC in the room and no fan—made the room stuffy. But on the whole, this was a good stay.
