"The staff were friendly and keep it tidy often the time. You can charge devices right next to bed and laundry (washing and drying) service is available. Actually staff is at the reception all the time so that check in can be made after midnight as well. The only thing I did not like was air mattress. So far it was pleasant stay for me"

"I was supposed to stay here for 9 nights, but I left first thing in the morning after the first night and went to a hotel. The beds were actually air mattresses with one small blanket, and there were no lockers or anywhere to put your belongings except in the room, where they got in the way of others or could be stolen. Between people screaming their heads off in the middle of the night and pushing others, the broken shower, and the disgusting toilets, I would recommend sleeping on the street...

"The check in was confusing because the listed address was different than the check in location. Instructions posted on the door were written in confusing English but after 10 minutes I grabbed a clue and found the office. Excellent location. There a dozens of food shops and two supermarkets close by. The Cuatro Caminos metro station is less than 5 mins walk and bus stop for #3 Route is about 200m away and will take you to the city center. Be advised there is no elevator and the rooms are...

Friendly, helpful staff, but missing things like hot water in kitchen to wash dishes, hotter water for showers. Kitchen has only microwave for cooking. "The staff wss so friendly and helpful. There was an assortment of restaurants to chose from and you could walk to so many attractions from the hostel. You are in the very center of everything. The only complaint I had was that the delightful little street turned into a consistent roar of talking and laughing that lasted throughout the night. It was hard to sleep without ear plugs.... You will find them on the nightstand. "
