"very nice hotel ,very convenient to the grand via ,shops, and only 10 mins walk to the real palace . staff were very friendly ,breakfast was good . room was very nice like an apartment with amazing views onto the grand via strip ,there were a couple of things that maybe could of had ,some drawers as even though there was a wardrobe with 2 sections and 2 shelves i felt there wasn't quite enough space to house more than a few days clothes for 2 people ,also maybe a couple of hooks in bathroom to hang clothes when getting ready ,the bed was extremely squeaky every time i moved on my side it seemed to knock against wall and the vibrations of the underground trains slightly annoying but that's not the fault of the hotel. Besides that we had a lovely stay thank you, i would say though that i felt it wasn't quite a 5 star ,i have stayed in a lot of hotels and it didn't quite come up to that in my opinion."

"Very centrally located and easy to find coming from the airport. We loved walking down the street to El Buen Retiro Park. It was clean, modern, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar and restaurant and great breakfast. "
