"Property didn't have balcony as it was describe. Door bathroom didn't work. Hard to close. No coffee to make coffee. Shade curtain didn't work so mornings sun was very bright."

With better communication and a few more kitchen appliances it would be a solid 9. 8/10 we scored it. Book an Uber tax each way from the airport approx 23-24 Euros 15 mins journey. "

"The place was fantastic - HUGE and right in the middle of old town on the Grand Via. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The space was clean, comfortable and with two bathrooms, perfect for 3/4 people, although we were only 2. Christian was an amazing host meeting us there and giving us lots of insider tips on restaurants and sights. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Located in central Madrid, 5 mins walk to Gran Via and public transport. If you like the little streets and laneways of the city, then you'll love where this property is located. Plenty of cafe's and bars in the roads around this property. Within walking distance to most of the main attractions Madrid has to offer (Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market etc). So, Location wise 5 stars! "We were 5 adults and 3 children staying here for 3 nights in early April. We loved that it was steps to the Bilbao metro station and from bus lines going to the major museums. The neighborhood has more of a local vs tourist feel and that was special. Management was very accommodating to our need for more towels and an extra pillow. Comfy beds, loved the individual bedroom a/c units. We will return, and we are also sharing this location with our friends as a recommendation."

"We loved everything about this apartment. The location — around the corner from the Palacio Real, across the street from the Plaza de España, a short walk to Plaza Mayor — was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again. Tip for parents of young kids: there is an amazing playground in Plaza de España, one of the best we have ever encountered!"

We had issues with check in as the unlock access code was not activated and communication was an issue. They said to text on what’s AP, but didn’t respond. "

"Beautiful VRBO, within walking distance to everything. Quiet little neighborhood, adorable coffee shop across the street, 3 bathrooms which makes it nice. Cozy little living area perfect to chill out after a long day. Elevator which makes easy to transport luggage. Soft and calm decor throughout the property. Washing machine made it handy to do a load of laundry. A little construction across the street but not a nuisance at all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."
