"Tudo, principalmente a excelente agilização por parte da agência em tentar com que tivéssemos uma melhor estadia depois da má experiência que tivemos nos primeiros dias na casa anterior devido a erros técnicos do próprio proprietário. Muito segura a casa, com ótima segurança, desde portas eletrônicas, a portadas, a grades, a alarme, ... Nas camas, são desconfortáveis e fazem imenso barulho, deveriam também de colocar mais camas de casal , uma vez que apenas existem duas e para famílias pequenas...

"What a place! We were a group of 28 staying at Villa Charlotte and the space accommodated us comfortably. The villa is beautifully maintained, clean, and filled with thoughtful details. The games room kept everyone entertained, especially the teenagers, while the adults relaxed by the pool or in the jacuzzi.
