"This is a lovely property in a quieter more residential area. The rooms are huge and had a nice balcony and bed was really comfy. Also had a huge shower. No normal uk tv channels all were Italian. But does have Netflix access if you have an account, but as out and about a lot didn’t really matter. I arrived at 11 and room was ready. Pool closed though. "Wonderful room with a spectacular view. The staff were friendly & excellent. The location is convenient for major attractions around Como and nearby Switzerland. Narrow roads leading to & from the property make it unwalkable and this restricts activities on site. Guests will need to take taxis or rent a car since there is no bar or restaurant on site. "

"The apartment was very clean , spacious and tidy, fit for a family. No parking near the hotel, the only place to park is about 7 min walk from the place and we had to do several rounds with the car to find a suitable spot."

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"I booked 3 nights to be next to my clients to photograph a wedding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was nice a clean, breakfast was great, plenty of parking inside their gate, and the view of the lake can’t go wrong."

"Beautiful property with a view of Lake Como! Very welcoming stay with a delicious breakfast served each morning. Management went out of their way to make us feel special! A/C worked great and we loved the location…easy walking distance to ferry and a nice retreat from some of the busiest tourist spots on Lake Como. We walked right down from the hotel and had a refreshing dip in the lake each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!"

"Located 15 minute walk from centre or use the bus 2 minutes. Check in times restricted. Room good size wardrobe too tall could not reach upper clothes rail, bed uncomfortable could be resolved by putting topper on the mattress. Bathroom good size but needs a refurb bottom of outside of shower had brown staining on it. The fridge and kettle with coffee,tea was good. Overall good but needs a few small changes to make it better. We had breakfast and that was excellent and well worth the extra...

The room was comfortable clean and well presented. The staff were particularly helpful when it was discovered that my teenager had left items of jewelry in the room.
