"We had a fantastic four night stay at this beautiful family run hotel. There was the warmest of welcomes, super choice of healthy buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Our room had a balcony with gorgeous views of the sunset over Rovinj old town. It was a short stroll alongside the marina to the many restaurants serving wonderful local dishes."

"Lovely small, friendly hotel with quiet lounge areas to enjoy. Staff extremely helpful. Close to beach and a nice 25 minute walk into town. First hotel we’ve been to that did not provide coffee tea facilities in the room which was very disappointing. Only tea and water available in the breakfast area during afternoon/evening. No milk provided. Coffee machine sadly unavailable during the afternoon/evening."

Unit does need coffee maker !! and instructions on how to operate the tiny stove. Could see the water from the bed and small balcony. The small unit is just lovely and the town is second to none.
