Hotels.com originally booked us into a different hotel and then sometime later called to say the the hotel was closed and they would find another hotel for us, which they did. Hotel Vittoria was an excellent replacement and I would guess better than the first choice. The great experience started with Roberta at Reception. She was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, with the French pastries daintily set upon their little stands and the meats refrigerated from below. The room was delightful and the shower was great...and roomy. We had planned one night and stayed over for two. The staff was nice; when we left they gave us two water bottles and a bag of cookies. Everything was perfece. I would spend a week here...
