"It was a good stay just the check in was pretty rough as they sent me a link that was to the wrong address and the hotels.com website had it at a location around the corner. Apparently they have two properties next to each other. The wifi was terrible always cutting out which made it hard tk do work. Outside of those two thing it was a good stay. Good location and great views from the terrace. "

"The property is well located in the old part of Valletta, which is nice. But we weren´t very happy - the communication was bad, it took 1 hour to check-in online (their site kept crashing), they kept pressuring me to pay a deposit I had already paid and it is very impersonal. When we arrived at night, only 1 bed had been made, the cups were dirty and the shower is at the entrance of the bathroom. Furthermore, you are paying a company in London so the money doesn´t even go to the Maltese...

"It was poor communication to find the location as they gave us a different address, it was only with a very kind passer-by that helped as they had wifi. When we got in we discovered a double sofa bed ,not a ‘real bed were in ou.r mid 80s.there is no window to open .it ended up being a poor choice ."
