"The hosts were good at communicating ahead of time. When I arrived I was met promptly and shown a room different from my booking (3rd floor, not first floor). They then tried to charge me an additional and previously unmentioned cleaning fee (which I did not pay). The hot tub in the basement was not hot. "Communication throughout the stay was great. We were given the code to store our bags in the locked storage room when we arrived in the morning. Once the room was ready, we were notified. The location can not be better. It was a short walk to anywhere in Valletta. The room was quiet, great water pressure and hot water in the shower, large refrigerator in the kitchen, and good WiFi. We would stay here again when visiting Malta."

"Loved the apartment. It was very easy to get to Valletta with the lift. Sandra was very helpful with information. Speed boat to Gozo was very close and spot to get the hop on and hop off bus was close. We found using the public bus to get around was very time consuming but using Bolt (Uber) was simple and not to expensive so we did both. My only complaint would be that there was no water pressure so it was very hard to was hair. It was only 13 Euro to get to the airport with Bolt."
