"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing from start to finish. The check-in process was not quick or convenient. I was also surprised to learn that the hotel is cashless and only accepts cards for the security deposit. I don’t remember seeing this clearly disclosed when I booked, and it would have been helpful to know in advance. When I entered the room, it was much smaller than expected. The furniture and fixtures looked old and worn, and the small window barely provided any view outside....
