Unser Bungalow war sehr sauber, einzig fehlen ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Nur W-Lan könnte stärker sein. Die Lage am Strand ist klasse, die Liegen am Meer haben wir oft genutzt. Die Pools und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder sind sehr gut. Das Restaurant in der Anlage ist gut und preiswert. "Great location. We parked at Tronchetto and took the shuttle boat from the parking area (€10 per person) to Venice. The hotel is very close to the San Marco/San Zaccaria area, so once we arrived by boat we were immediately in the heart of Venice. St. Mark’s Square and many major attractions were just a short walk away. Family room has double bed (larger than king) and two twin beds. Expedia listing has a queen but actually it is larger. Breakfast is also worth it."

"This place was fantastic to the point that within about 1 hour of arriving we booked an extra night. We had to move to a smaller unit for our last night but we loved it so much we didn't care. Our first few nights we in Hu Stay XL Plus and it was awesome. So much room, AC in the bedrooms, full washroom on both sides, deck to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Our last night we stayed in the Hu Stay Smart S which is a single room with a King and single bed, washroom, and bar fridge. The office was super nice and froze our ice packs for travel the next day. Laundry facilities that are easy to use (instructions in several languages). Good restaurant and buffet breakfast. The shuttle to Venice was 2.50E each way and was very convenient. All in all, this is a fantastic place to stay for all ages. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Venice."

"Relatively expensive but exclusive hotel, served well with local water bus and hotel private water bus to city centre. We had access to a special executive lounge area where snacks were provided inclusive of the room charge. The food on offer around 3pm was very disappointing, just a few dried crispy snacks with some sodas. It was nit clear how to use the facility which was unstaffed apart from an occasional visit from a staff member to clear tables. I would expect much more of such an upmarket hotel. Breakfast on the other hand was amazing, with a lovely choice of hot and cold food. Staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Elisa (apologies if I have your name wrong) who was very attentive and thoughtful about her approach to guests. Thank you!"
