"Très bien situé, petit appartement simple mais très convenable avec climatisation efficace. Parfait comme base de départ pour visiter Venise, À proximité d’un excellent restaurant chinois."

"Great location, very clean and spacious (for the city). Emanuela was very communicative and gave good suggestions for dinners and tours. One thing to note is that there are a LOT of steep steps to get up to the place, it’s a great leg workout!Overall we loved it and would stay there again."

"One of the best places we've stayed at! It was spacious, spotless and very cozy. You'll have everything you need and more. Antonio, the host, was very approachable and kind, ready to help you at anytime of the day.We loved our stay at the property and the surrounding area.Venice island is just a short bus/tram journey away. There are some amazing places to eat in literary 5min. away from the place."

"Our host Carlo was amazing! He went out of his way to make the arrival & departure process easy. The location was great with easy access to vaporettos & restaurants. The twin bed room was small, but fit our needs.Thank you Carlo & Maria!"

"The apartment was perfect for our group of six! It was walking distance from all the key sites we wanted to see. Alfonzo was also very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we can make it back to Venice."
