"The hotel was amazing! The room was a lovely size with both the bed and sofa being very comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Citta Alta so cafes, restaurants and points of interest are all close by. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. We will definitely return. "

"Stayed in this property, in order to go to a concert at the arena. Really easy to get to (about 10 mins from Bergamo airport & cost about 35 euros from Airport) Place was immaculate, staff were amazing especially Luca. The only down side is that there are limited dining options around the area. There is a pizza restaurant at choruslife, which was busy & ok, however post gig there was nothing open. There is a aldi a 5 min walk away & a few local pizza restaurants and an amazing bakery but they all close between 7-10pm. if you’re back late you will probably have to order a deliveroo. "

"Excellent location for airport bus link and onward train journeys from the station across the road. Beautiful city centre with plenty to see and do, eating spots and bars, we were pleasantly surprised how beautiful Bergamo is, an absolute hidden gem of a place. The only concern, which has nothing to do with the hotel, was the scores of men hanging around the stations and surrounding areas. This is not unique to Bergamo but the ideal location is somewhat undermined by the safety concerns, particularly of an evening. That all said I would not think twice about returning to Bergamo. "

"The breakfast was not included in the room price. The fee was 7 Euros each. The eggs were cold. They tasted ok though. There was yogurt available & 3 types of juice and water. Cappacino was also included. There was a bowl of fresh fruit: bananas, apples, oranges and grapes. "
