"We had a great time at Quinta das Tilias Douro Valley. The view does not disappoint...beautiful!It was easy to find with the instructions given and Marcos was always available to answer questions before and after arrival. The property is quiet and peaceful. Easy parking for several cars. There is also a small grocery store less than a 5 minute drive away. "Location is great. Very close to the river area as well as many attractions, are within walking distance from this spot. It's the management of this apartment that was very disappointing. First they list that there would be daily cleaning service, but that never happened once in our 4 night stay. We had asked for an additional pillow on the first now, but were never provided one. And it's the little things like, there are two clocks in the apartment, but neither of them are working. "

"Check in very easy and checked me in early. Very centrally located in the historic district. Grocery store and many local dinners nearby. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and a wide selection of foods available. Clean room and a garden balcony on the 6th floor. This was a father and son trip from Chicago to visit the festival where everyone was playfully hitting each other with plastic hammers. I enjoyed this hotel and the people of Porto. Very safe area and I will stay again."
