"I specifically wrote a note about refilling the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and getting a pillow and when I came back to the hotel room the note was turned around and all the stuff I asked remained the same. I called the reception to get the refills so they gave me some during at night which is inconvenient. Also I checked the toilet trash can its not emptied and this is completely unacceptable. I paid this much amount for this room and I got this kind of service?"
