"The rooms are clean, but a bit small. I booked the more expensive waterfront/mountain/city view room, expecting to be at a higher floor to see all around. But we ended up a the 4th floor room facing the water. It’s still pretty nice, and we can indeed see the water, mountains (on the other side of the water), and the city (there were tall buildings around us, leaving only a gap between two tall buildings through which we can see the waterfront). But just not what I had expected. The indoor pool was really nice since it was cold and rainy some days when we were there. Breakfast buffet seems very basic. We ended up ordering from the menu. Good quality is pretty standard. The hotel location is pretty convenient, so it’s a good choice if you are visiting Vancouver. But the hotel is not the super fancy type of that’s what you are looking for."

"Great experience! We arrived early and the front desk staff was so accommodating. Even though we were way ahead of schedule, she was very helpful and got us into our room early so we could leave our bags and explore the city. Excellent customer service!"

"Clean, tidy room. TV was very old and bad. It's definitely a sacrifice to not have your own bathroom or shower, but the savings in price was worth it to me for this trip."

"I was impressed by Andrew when we arrived, because we came early and he found a room for us. I should have read the reviews before we came to the hotel as I was not aware that the hotel does not provide "lotion." We went to the nearest store to buy lotion. We tried the swimming pool, but the water was so cold. It would be nice if the pool was heated. "
