Immaculately clean and bright 3BR apartment suite in a house, a true craftsman's home in a quiet, beautiful and superb neighbourhood in West Kitsilano. A strictly NO SMOKING 🚭 property and vicinity.
Literally few steps from bus stop on 4th Avenue, just minutes to Downtown, Falsecreek area, UBC, Granville Island and within walking distance to beautiful beaches: Locarno, Spanish Banks, Jericho and within close proximity to Community centres to access swimming pool and gym. My home is well kept, clean with attention to detail and a stunning Dahlia garden for guests to enjoy during the summer and fall seasons. Guests will have easy access to trail running, cycling, beach walks and simply enjoying the neighbouring parks in Jericho and Kitsilano with a full view of the water beautiful Northshore mountains. Our sought after location is safe, with beautiful stately homes neighbourhood, central and convenient. A must!

Fantastic stay in Kitsilano

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It's beautiful and in a great location. The host was very responsive and even baked cookies for my son! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Kits house

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Vancouver. The location and accommodation was ideal for our family of 5. Mirriam was an excellent host and cooked us the most amazing cookies! We will definitely be back to stay here when we return to Vancouver.

Great Place in Kitsilano

My wife and I and another couple stayed for three nights - place was very nice inside and out; charm of older home yet updated. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Great location in Kitsilano with many restaurants, coffee shops, and KItsilano Beach area within easy walking distance.

Charming Stay in Kitsilano

The home was so warm, clean, and cozy. It was the perfect spot to stay to enjoy both the quiet and convenience of Vancouver's amenities. The neighborhood cannot be beat in charm and location. The linens and towels were top quality. The home was beautifully maintained and spotless. I would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations at this lovely property. The front yard was a dream with the gorgeous flowers and relaxing setting. Mirriam was an incredibly responsive and very sweet host who went above and beyond to make our experience smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house!

What a lovely house! Walkable to businesses and easy to access UBC, downtown, and everything else we wanted to do. Very comfortable, easy parking, and thoughtfully appointed. Would happily stay there again!

A great Vancouver getaway

Loved how quiet the neighborhood was. The place is even more beautiful than it looks in pictures and the floor heating was amazing. And the dahlia garden made an afternoon tea a total dream

Great Location

Comfortable house in a great location. Easy walk to food and a beautiful beach. Host was great and even provided a crib for our child. Im sure its clear to most and I have now learned its a Vancouver law but this rental is one section of the house pictured. This did not present a problem just wasnt immediately clear to me in the post.

A cozy retreat in Kitsilano!

Fantastic stay in Vancouver! The property was impeccably clean with a welcoming vibe in a lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to Kitsilano Beach and local coffee shops made it even better. Miriam was a delightful host. Highly recommend!

Fabulous

Stayed for long weekend getaway with family (5 total) while daughter to tour UBC. The house is lovely and the location incredible. Very well maintained, comfortable, inviting and well stocked. The street is quiet, and an easy walk to ocean, beaches and to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping to suit every need. Would definitely book again.

Lovely home and great location

Lovely home with comfortable beds, great spaces to relax, all desired amenities and gorgeous grounds. Close to everywhere we wanted to be including good restaurants, shopping and a quick drive into downtown. The host was super welcoming and provided beverages for our arrival as well as a fruit bowl. A Beautiful Place to Relax and Unwind

We loved our stay at Kitsilano - such a beautiful house and garden in a charming neighbourhood. A great launching pad for our all too short discovery of Vancouver. Mirriam thought of everything and was so kind and welcoming!

Beautiful house in lovely Kitsilano

We had a wonderful stay at Mirriams house with a group of friends coming for a wedding. The area that it is situated in is quiet, close to the water and has a lot of restaurants to go and eat out at. Mirriam was an extremely accommodating host, and was always there to help out with any of our needs. I would not hesitate to return and stay to enjoy the wonders of Vancouver and Kitsilano again.

Welcoming, Comfortable Craftsman Style Home

The home and neighbourhood are peaceful and close to multiple restaurants, public transportation, and parks. The rooms contain comfortable period-piece furniture. The kitchen has ample appliances and cooking supplies. We enjoyed walks along the tree-lined streets and views of the water. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and filled with soft, fluffy towels. We hope to return soon.

Great Location - Great Place

Great place; comfortable, clean and convenient. Listing and reviews suggested as much and this location and owner lived up to the billing. We'll do it again next time out. Family in from Ottawa for 2 weddings. Travelled to North Van and Surrey and Granville Island area. Perfect central location.

Perfect Kits experience

Our family visits to Vancouver typically involve a stay downtown, but we were curious to try something in Kitsilano, an iconic neighborhood in the city. Mirriam's place did not disappoint - perfectly located on a quiet side street and clearly well cared for. Communication was amazing, Mirriam was a lovely host, pictures were exactly as advertised, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot, lovely house

This was a gorgeous craftsman very near some amazing spots in Kitsilano. There was a Michelin recognized spot less than a block away. easy to get to the beach, Granville, etc. . The rooms are comfy. Very clean. Host answered questions immediately. Note: the rental is not the whole house, it's two floors. But exceptionally quiet. We were there when the dahlia garden was in bloom... They were gorgeous. The rooms are comfy
