Had the best time. Rooms very clean and fun. Pool was a blast for the kids and grandma’s basement was so fun for the kids and adults. Would gladly stay here again.

Great place to stay in the downtown area. James Bay is so special and the Inn is conveniently located. The staff were really super helpful and willing to accommodate me in anyway that I requested. Would definitely stay here again. I was here for six days and it had everything that I needed.

Close to harbor-helpful staff-nice restaurant-overall great experience

We had an amazing time at this location! It was super clean, very close to shopping and dining and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any questions or needed extra room items, they were kind and helpful with quick service. The hotel itself is a 2 min walk from Chinatown and 2 blocks away from the water. I so enjoy staying at Red Lion Inn and Suites. The staff is always friendly. The room are always clean and comfortable. What more can you ask for? Oh…and there’s a restaurant and it’s on a walking trail!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the harbor and downtown Victoria, but was on a street that gave a quiet neighborhood feel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. We were able to purchase tickets to a local attraction at the front desk. The hotel offered a very good complementary breakfast. We were able to walk to many of the things we wanted in the downtown area.

I liked that it was an old property and was very well kept up. I liked that bath products and linen were unscented and or very mild naturally scented in instance of body wash and conditioner. I liked that the breakfast offered many minimally processed choices.
