"What a horrible stay you really should allow pics on reviews because we have plenty. Dirty bathroom smokers smoking pot up and down the halls. Can’t get and extra linens supplies after noon. We were a family of 4 2 adults 2 kids and we got 2 towels. Pool area was horrible game room half the games didn’t work pool table tore up. Vending machines didn’t work. Free breakfast was cereal juice coffee and moldy doughnuts. Every morning out bath room smelled like pot "

"Location is great, quiet safe and only 2 blocks to van Andel arena. Grady at front desk is awesome helped us not tech savvy older people with parking meter lol. Second time here loved the stay very European feel. Little bird fir breakfast and ucello for late night meal and drinks. "

"Our family of 5 loved the 1 Bedroom suite with a kitchenette. It was very roomy, with a separate bedroom and TV apart from the pull-out couch in the living room. The hotel had good breakfast options for picky kids. They loved the pool too. The location is great, but you will likely need to park in one of the parking garages across the street. It’s within walking distance to great food or shops. Would stay again :)"

"Top notch hotel. We were in town for a concert at the van andel. Everything was fantastic. The only bummer is that breakfast ended earlier than we we expected so we didn't get to eat "
