"Das kleine nette Häuschen in einer sehr ruhigen natürlichen Gegend mit Garten zum grillen und draußen verweilen umgibt alles was man zum Urlaub benötigt! Eine Wohnküche mit einem älteren Bad mit Waschmaschine ! Die beiden geräumigen Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Schrank und Spiegelschrank! Die Betten sind durchgelegen , deshalb mein Punktabzug "

"Das Haus ist einfach toll, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Wir fühlten uns einfach wohl. An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt und es war alles sehr sauber im Haus sowie die Außenanlage. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man ist in 10 Minuten an den Stränden und der wunderschönen Stadt Labin. Das Haus kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlichst empfangen."

"We spent our summer holidays in this beautiful house with 2 families. The contact with the host is super-kind and helpful. Highlight for us was the outdoor kitchen with the BBQ. Plenty of space for all the guests."

"The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria."

"Das Haus war wunderschön, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist Wahnsinn 😀 er wird auch gut gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. Reinigungskraft war auch sehr gut und sehr freundlich. "

Trotzdem habe ich ständig für den "gebuchten" Urlaub und sogar wo ich den Schlüssel für die Unterkunft erhalte Emails bekommen. Auf meine Emails wurde nie geantwortet. "I scrolled through holiday homes in VRBO/Homeaway and immediately fell for this beautiful villa, which literally decided the destination (Istria,Croatia) for us. Both were a happy choice. The house offers beautiful views to the sea and Cres Island and feels very private as it is covered by trees and gardens. We loved the covered terrace, where We enjoyed all the meals, backgammon, cards, and hard discussions with the grasshoppers. The pool was for sure wonderful and the barbeque area worked...

The location is ideal--beautifully situated and private, but an easy drive to the coast--the house and grounds are rustic, beautiful, and relaxing, and Chantal and Zvonko are wonderful hosts. Wir hatten Ruhe und einen schönen Urlaub. Auch das Außengelände hat uns super gefallen.Die Vermieter waren vor Ort und sind auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen.
