"Perfect location next to the train station if you are only popping in Venice. We had a view room to a canal and bridge which was a perfect start to an Italian trip. Worth the extra. Room was small but clean with large bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and had both eggs and fruit… not just pastries. I would stay in this view suite again. "

"The only reason I gave this a good rating is the bed is the most uncomfortable that I've ever slept on. Basically a box spring with a sheet on it. The unit was very clean, as advertised, the host very responsive, greatl location, lots of restaurants and the tram from the mainland to Venice is a 3 minute walk. "
