"Very well kept 300 year old house. Very close to port. 2 important things to remember, you have to contact the host with your arrival time because he has to let you in and if you have mobility issues then this place is not for you. Steps to enter and a narrow spiral steps to get to the king bed. The host was very nice and helpful. Also look for the name sign on door to find the place. "

"Stayed one night before a cruise. Was perfect in location really close walk to the cruise ship shuttle bus. A ten minute walk from the railway station. The owners were very friendly and waiting for us when we arrived. Would stay again good value for money."

"Georgiana was so sweet and professional. All the small touches and love she has added to her place makes it more than top notch. Breakfast provided by local vendors, suggestions on where to eat, to all the small touches and amenities she has is amazing. Mom and I couldn't have asked for a better, safer place to stay. And the views from the balcony, absolutely breath taking. We loved our stay, wouldn't be able to top it. She even helped us arrange transportation to the port and when we return....

"Al momento de la reservacion decia que tenian estacionamiento o servicio de Valet, pues no es mentira no tiene estacionamiento ni servicio de valet tienes que buscar puesto en la calle preguntar y saber donde lo puedes parar para evitar problemas de multas o incomodidades. De lo demas es un hotel por llamarlo de alguna manera que solo funciona para una noche antes de ir en crucero por lo demas no tiene ningun tipo de amenities como hotel."

"The hotel and it's property are beautiful, the pictures online are accurate. Stayed for 6 nights just to relax by the pool. "Loved my stay there, the owner tends the property and she is a very nice lady. The location isn't for everyone, and the general decor may seem outdated. However the room was great, and it felt modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was a small feast and very delicious. "Everything was perfect here. The only difficulty was to find the hotel. If you are driving you need to park on a nearby street and walk there. Then they directed us to the parking lot to leave the car over night and we had to walk to the hotel. The will carry all of our luggage on a little van that they have. "Villa Clodia is a beautiful property set in a very quaint vilage with spectacular views across the countryside. We hired it on a self catering basis as a group of friends. We loved our stay there. It's very easy to access (good train links) and Leonardo arranged our collection from the airport. The town of Manziana is very pretty and very close by so you can buy all the provisions you need if you are s/c.I would very much recommend the property and hope to return one day"

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."
